Preheat oven to 350º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Spray a large bowk with cooking spray. Add popped popcorn and nuts.

Combine br. Sugar, cornsyrup, butter and water in a pan simmer over medium high heat until temperature reaches 250º. Hard ball stage. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and soda pour over popcorn. Gently stir carmel over carmel until well coated.

Pour mixture onto prepared pan.and spread out. Bake 1 hour. Stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to cool. Carefully break up and store in air tight container.
