Sig's German Oven Potato Cake

Sigrun
Sigrun @sigrun
German, living in England

I liked this as a child with proper bacon but have adapted this at times when I eat it by using a vegetarian type of bacon.
Here however it is done for my family, with bacon.
I like to know that they have a homemade meal, on a day when I work away.I made this the way my nan made it.
