Preheat oven to 400°. Roll out crust on greased baking sheet press out to a 14x9.

Bake 8 monutes to set the crust and aid in rolling up.

Spread dressing to edges. Top with corned beef, sauerkraut and 2 cups cheese

Carefully roll into a tube. Place in a 9x5 loaf pan seam side down.

Sprinkle with 2 tbsp cheese. Bake 10 to 12 minutes till cheese is bubble in center. Remove from pan, slice abd serve
