Ingredients

15 mins
  • 1 pintsheavy cream (more or less depending on how much you need)
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupgrated parmesan
  • 2 cupshredded mozzarella
  • 1 cupshredded provel cheese
  • 1 cupshredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 stickbutter
  • 1 pinchsalt to taste (I used sea salt)

    Bring heavy cream and milk to a boil

  2. 2

    Add cheese, stirring frequently so it doesn't stick. Once melted add butter and salt

  3. 3
