1 pintsheavy cream (more or less depending on how much you need)
1 cupmilk
1/2 cupgrated parmesan
2 cupshredded mozzarella
1 cupshredded provel cheese
1 cupshredded provolone cheese
1/2 stickbutter
1 pinchsalt to taste (I used sea salt)

Bring heavy cream and milk to a boil

Add cheese, stirring frequently so it doesn't stick. Once melted add butter and salt
