Ingredients

  1. 3 ozramen noodles
  2. 1/3 cupwater
  3. 15 1/2 ozdiced tomatoes, canned
  4. 15 1/2 ozdiced potatoes, canned
  5. 15 1/2 ozchickpeas, canned
  6. 15 1/2 ozblack eyed peas, canned
  7. 1 tspground black pepper
  8. 1 1/2 tbspground turmeric
  9. 1 1/4 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspdried sweet basil
  11. 1 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  12. 1/3 cupgrated parmesan romano cheese
  13. 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  14. 1/2 largeonion diced finely

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan heat oil add drained potatoes pepper garlic stirring occasionally coating all the potatoes cook 5 minutes

    Add peas ,onions, cook 3 minutes add turmeric

  3. 3

    Add ramen broken up I did not use flavor pack

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and water add salt stirring constantly to get ramen separated and into liquids

  5. 5

    Let cook till ramen is all softened most or all your liquids will be gone flavoring your ramen

  6. 6

    Add basil and cheese stir in well serve , hope you enjoy
