Ingredients

  • 2 cupBoil and mash sweet potatoe ( golden potatoes are best)
  • 2Eggs
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/3 cupEvaporated milk
  • 1/3 cupCoconut milk
  • 1 tbspVanilla extract
  • 1 tspCinnamon powder
  • 1 tspNutmeg
  • 2 tbspBrandy or rum

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add eggs and vanilla to butter and sugar

  3. 3

    Add Remaining ingredients, adding the mad potatoe last

  4. 4

    Pour in a prepared graham pie crust and bake in 190°F C oven for 20 minute then reduce the oven temperature to 170°F C for 45 minute.
