Ingredients

2 cupBoil and mash sweet potatoe ( golden potatoes are best)
2Eggs
1/2 cupSugar
1/3 cupEvaporated milk
1/3 cupCoconut milk
1 tbspVanilla extract
1 tspCinnamon powder
1 tspNutmeg
2 tbspBrandy or rum

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy

Add eggs and vanilla to butter and sugar

Add Remaining ingredients, adding the mad potatoe last

Pour in a prepared graham pie crust and bake in 190°F C oven for 20 minute then reduce the oven temperature to 170°F C for 45 minute.
