When I saw Gujiya for the very first time, I felt like why can't I give it a shape of Momos or Kahori so here I made this way with my own recipe without exploring youtube or any cook.

When I saw Gujiya for the very first time, I felt like why can't I give it a shape of Momos or Kahori so here I made this way with my own recipe without exploring youtube or any cook.
Steps
- 1
Boil in a Pan 1 litre milk and keep stirring till it becomes Mawa. Add sugar to it and Make it like Milk Cake
- 2
Chop the required dry fruits and saute them in Ghee, after they become little crispy and crunchy, add grated coconut into it saute well. Add this mixture into Milk cake and mix them well for stuffing.
- 3
Knead a soft dough of maida taking ghee. Add some salt as per taste to it. Now make small sized balls and roll them. Fill the stuff and give it a shape of Momos/Kachori. Fry them till they get golden colour.
- 4
In a kadai boil around 1.5 glass water and add 250gm sugar into it. When all sugar is dissolved add the saffron and bring this syrup to a thickness of 2 strings.
- 5
Add the fried dry fruit kachori/momos into the syrup and let it rest for 4 5 hours.
- 6
The sweet dish is ready to serve
