1 packagesvegetable green dumpling wraps
1 packagescream cheese
1/4 cupminced carrots
1/2 cupminced celery
gramsground black pepper (to taste)

Mix all ingredients, except wrapper, in bowl.

Put 1 tbsp of mixture in square wonton wrapper, wet edge all around with water, fold in half to seal.

Deep fry dumplings. Serve with sweet and sour sauce, vegetarian fish sauce, etc.
