Sea fish fry
An authentic fish fry recipe from kerala
Steps

Wash fish properly.

Do similar cuts on fish from sharp knife.

Mix ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, dry mango powder and salt.

Make a fine mixture from above ingredients.

Fill masala mixture into fish cuts.

Keep for 2hours in fridge.

Heat 2tbsp oil in a non stick pan.

Keep marinated fishes in pan.

Keep the flame low.

Leave for 5 to 6 minutes.

Turn fishes after 5minutes.

Fry fish from another side too.

Fry fish till red from both sides.

Remove from pan and serve hot.
