Sev barfi
Steps

In pan keep milk to boil

Add 200 gmsugar, stir till melts

Add saffron and 1/2 khoya and stir gently

Now add sev and stir softly and let it dry little

Add half dry fruits and remove in grease tray and let it set fr 1/2 hr

Meanwhile in pan add khoya and saute a little add sugar and mix nicely

Now bring sev barfi and spread khoya on it and set fr 2 hr and cut into desired pieces
