Grease an 13 x 9 baking dish. Preheat oven to 425.

Brown sausage and drain.

Beat eggs, add milk, salt and pepper.

Cut biscuits into 6-8 pieces each.

Spread the biscuits on the bottom of the baking dish (sprinkle a little salt and pepper on them), spread sausage over biscuits, pours egg mixture over sausage (don't pour it all in 1 spot), sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.
