Awake Breakfast Cookies 🍪
These are healthy, low sugar and filling.
Steps

Preheat oven to 300°F

Mix brown sugar, oatmeal, oil and let stand 8 hours or overnight.

Add eggs, salt, vanilla extract and your choice of dried fruit, nuts and seeds.

Drop by spoonfuls on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. If you like a crisper cookie, bake an additional 5 minutes.
