Take a bowl add Meaida,sugar, ghee, baking soda curd, milk mix at well and add 1/2 tsp water mix it well like a dough and set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat a saucepan add sugar and half glass of water mix it well until it dissolves and thik add caredom and lemon drops then turn off.

Take the to make the balls and make a hole in the centre.

Heat the frying pan with oil and drop it one by one cooked properly in low flame.

Dropped the cooked Balushahi into the sugar syrup and coat it well.

Let the Balushahi soaked in the syrup for about 1 hour.

Ready to eat Balushahi
