Steps

Take besan in a bowl. Add salt, haldi, mirchi powder, pinch soda.

Mix well and make thick batter. Keep aside.

Wash palak leaves properly and tap dry with paper towel.

Now dip palak leaf in a batter and coat properly and fry one by one till crisp.

Serve hot with green chutney / ketchup / tea/ coffee ☕
