Pressure cook Dal and rice with haldi and salt

Remove after 3 whistles add more water and make smooth consistency

In a pan add oil or ghee and add tadka ingredients given above and give tadka on hot mixture of Dal and rice

Cook well and serve with fried mirchi or papad and curd
