Chicken with mushroom-wine sauce

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay out chicken pieces over tinfoil in a walled baking tray.

Mix the creme of mushroom, chopped mushrooms, and wine in a bowl. Pour contents over chicken.

Sprinkle pepper and salt over the chicken and place it in the oven. Let cook for 1 hour until golden brown.

Remove from oven and stir in 8 ounces of sour cream. Serves 4, and tastes great with white rice and green beans!
