Ingredients

3 servings
  • 19 inch pie crust
  • 2 cupspinch
  • 2garlic, chopped
  • 1/2onion, chopped
  • 1 cupmushrooms, finely chopped
  • 4eggs
  • 1/2grated parmesan cheese
  • 1ground black pepper
  • 1salt
  • 1/2whole milk
  • 1 pinchground nutmeg
  • 2 cupgrated cheese(any)i used mixed
  • 1 tspolive oil

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Heat a pan. Add olive oil. Add garlic. Let it fry for a minute. Add onions and saute for couple of minutes.

    Add mushrooms, a dash of salt and pepper and close the lid for 5 minutes. Now add half of the spinach and close the lid for another 5 minutes.

    Open the lid and let the water evaporate

  5. 5

    In a bowl add eggs, milk, salt, pepper nutmeg and Parmesan. Beat it.

  6. 6

    Now on the pie crust add the remaining spinach. Then add the mushroom mixture. Now add the mixed grated cheese. Full this with the egg mixture. Now bake this for 45 minutes.

    Let it cool for 15 minutes. Cut and serve.
