Ingredients

  1. 2 tspblack pepper
  2. 1 lbBeef (cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
  3. 2 tbspOyster sauce
  4. 1 tbspSake
  5. 2 tspcornstarch
  6. 1 tbspsesame oil
  7. 3 clovegarlic cloves (diced fine)
  8. 1 mediumonion, chopped
  9. 1 mediumgreen pepper
  10. 1 1/2 tbspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. Let marinade for 1 hour, mixing occasionally.

    Add another 2 tbs of oil to a wok or skillet, turn to high heat and wait for the oil to just start to smoke.

    Add the meat mixture to skillet and stir-fry until the meat is cooked and browned. Turn skillet to low heat and simmer for another 5 minutes to let the sauce thicken. Serve with rice or egg noodles.
