Steps

Mix atta, sugar, spice in a bowl.

With your fingertips rub in dised butter in to the flour.

When the mixture resembles breadcrumbs, kneed it in to a soft dough.

Knesd on a floured surface until smooth

Wrap the dough in a Paper and chill for 30 minutes.

Roll on a floured surface till 1/8" thik.

Cut and arrange on a baking tray.

Chill for 10 minutes

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree c for 10 minutes. Or until golden.

Ready atta cookies.
