Heat oil in a pan or wok and roast sevayian. Now take them out and keep them aside. Now again heat oil in the same wok or pan and add cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon,pinch of hing and pinch of again and saute them. Now add thin slices of onion2,spring onion-2-3 and saute them. Now add long thin strips of capsicum and saute them. Now add boiled corns -1/2katori and saute them. Now add thin slices of tomato and saute them. Now add tomato ketchup-2teaspoon and mix well.

Now add grated carrot -1 and saute it. Now add boiled potato-1smallone diced and mix well. Now add turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon,black pepper powder-1/2teaspoon,coriander powder-1teaspoonand mix well on sim. Now add roasted sevayian-1bowl and water-1+1/2katori or as per requirement and cover with lid and let them cook on sim till the water is absorbed. Serve hot with sauce or squeeze a lemon.
