  • toppings
  • 1 candiced tomatoes
  • 1/2 packagesVelveeta cheese block
  • 2 1/2 cupshredded cheese
  • 10 tbspsour cream
  • 1 dashsalt/pepper
  • 2 cupshredded lettuce
  • the rest
  • 1 packagestortillas
  • 1 1/2 lbground beef
  • 1 envelopehidden valley ranch mix

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425

  2. 2

    Spray a cupcake pan with non stick spray

  3. 3

    Brown your ground beef

  4. 4

    Add the ranch packet to the meat

  5. 5

    While browning the meat..put one tortilla in each cupcake mold

  6. 6

    Bake tortillas until golden brown

  7. 7

    Assemble your mini taco salads anyway you like!!!
