In a heat - proof mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, cocoa, sugar and cinnamon. Stir in 1/4 cup cold milk to make a thick mixture.

In a saucepan, scald remaining 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour hot milk over coffee mixture; beat with a wire whisk until thoroughly blended. Continue beating until a froth forms.

Pour mixture into cups. Top each with a dollop of marshmallow creme. Serve immediately.
