Put the milk in pan on gas stove reduced 1/4milk.

Grind roasted makhane and make powder

Now add chena, makhane powder coconut,date and roughly grind almond and kaju powder in milk.

And cook it till kheer get thick

Add sugar and elaichi powder and cook it

Switch off the flame and add kewra water and kheer keep in fridge.

Serve chill kheer and garnish with almond pista and little bit sonpapdi
