Ingredients

  • Cooking oil
  • 3peppers (red, green and yellow), chopped
  • 3large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1large onion, chopped
  • 3large cogettes, chopped
  • 3large carrots, chopped
  • leavesHandful, coriander
  • 2carrots, grated
  • 2cogettes, grated
  • to tasteSalt, pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a warm pan, add oil and onions. Cook untill golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients and stir.

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Cook untill tender. Serve with pumkin chapattis.
