Ingredients

  1. Cooking oil
  2. 3peppers (red, green and yellow), chopped
  3. 3large tomatoes, chopped
  4. 1large onion, chopped
  5. 3large cogettes, chopped
  6. 3large carrots, chopped
  7. leavesHandful, coriander
  8. 2carrots, grated
  9. 2cogettes, grated
  10. to tasteSalt, pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a warm pan, add oil and onions. Cook untill golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients and stir.

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Cook untill tender. Serve with pumkin chapattis.
