Cooking oil
3peppers (red, green and yellow), chopped
3large tomatoes, chopped
1large onion, chopped
3large cogettes, chopped
3large carrots, chopped
leavesHandful, coriander
2carrots, grated
2cogettes, grated
to tasteSalt, pepper

In a warm pan, add oil and onions. Cook untill golden brown.

Add all the ingredients and stir.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook untill tender. Serve with pumkin chapattis.
