Ingredients

  1. 3-5eggs
  2. 2 sliceyam
  3. 5chillie pepper
  4. 1medium size bell pepper
  5. 1carrot
  6. 1/2 teaspoonrosemary herbs
  7. 1/2 teaspoonwhite pepper(optional)
  8. 1 pinchcinnamon powder(optional)
  9. Fresh coriander herbs
  10. Fresh garlic chives
  11. Salt
  12. cubeSeason
  13. Vegetable oil
  14. Onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut yam into small cubes and fry or bake

    A picture of step 1 of Yam frittata.

    Slice vegetables

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix eggs,veggies,fresh herbs, spices, season cubes,salt, sausage and onions. Mix properly together

  4. 4

    Transfer the mixture into a greased non stick frying pan

  5. 5

    Set over a low heat. Cover pan with a lid and live to cook for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    For those that like to make it put mix in a baking greased and put in a pre heated oven and bake for 10 mintues

  7. 7

    Serve warm.
