  3. 50 gramslow fat cottage cheese/tofu
  4. 50 gramssoaked chickpeas
  5. 1/3 cuppomegranate seeds
  6. 1carrot
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/3 tsppepper
  9. 1/4 tspmustard powder
  10. 3 tbsplow fat hung curd

    Cut tomato,cucumber n carrots in small cubes.

  2. 2

    roast the soaked chickpeas for 2 mins wid pinch of salt.

  3. 3

    cut cheese into cubes n mix all ingredients.
