If you have a craving for something savory, salty, and crunchy, but don't want the fat, make these and munch away! They are high in protein and low in fat, and they'll fill you up faster than popcorn and potato chips. Enjoy!

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium bowl combine chickpeas with olive oil and all your favorite spices. I used paprika, garlic powder, Cumin, and salt.

Mix well so as to coat chickpeas.

Evenly spread them out on a foil lined cookie sheet,

Toast for 20 minutes first, then shake cookie sheet gently to redistribute the little guys. Toast for another 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Put in a glass or metal bowl.

Taste test...if you think that you need more salt or any other spices, now is a good time to add them and stir well. Yumm!
