Ingredients

  1. 2 canWhite Beans (15 oz cans drained and mashed)
  2. 2 smallRed Onions (diced)
  3. 3 cloveGarlic (minced)
  4. 2 tbspHot green peppers (diced and seeded)
  5. 1 cupBreadcrumbs
  6. 1/2 cupOlive Oil
  7. 1Salt & Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients (except olive oil) up to ad including the salt & pepper together in a medium-size mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Form the bean mixture into patties.

  3. 3

    In a large frying pan heat the olive oil over a medium flame.

  4. 4

    Fry the patties on each side until golden brown.
