Ingredients

2 canWhite Beans (15 oz cans drained and mashed)
2 smallRed Onions (diced)
3 cloveGarlic (minced)
2 tbspHot green peppers (diced and seeded)
1 cupBreadcrumbs
1/2 cupOlive Oil
1Salt & Pepper

Steps

Mix all the ingredients (except olive oil) up to ad including the salt & pepper together in a medium-size mixing bowl.

Form the bean mixture into patties.

In a large frying pan heat the olive oil over a medium flame.

Fry the patties on each side until golden brown.
