Cooking Instructions

Place everything in your crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hours. Uncover for the last 2 hours, watching that it does dry too much. I usually just leave overnight. Next time I think I'll add cabbage & chick peas. Serve with white rice, corn bread or baguette.

Simple Turkey Chili in the Crock Pot Simple Turkey Chili in the Crock Pot
I make this a lot in the colder months when I want a quick and easy chili. Amazing flavor any time. Not some watered down beans meat and tomato juice stuff that a lot of people make. This is very hardy and filling. Toss in some shredded cheddar and it's good to go. The turkey makes it healthier but you can use any kind of meat. Leftovers work great for chili dogs, chili Mac, nachos, just about anything. Dennis -

Hearty Turkey and Bean Chili Hearty Turkey and Bean Chili
One of my favorite chili's to make, it's hearty and healthy, with lots of protein and fiber, and low fat especially if you get lean turkey. It smells absolutely amazing, and the taste matches. Easy to make spicier or less, depending on whose taste buds you're feeding.sgupt
