Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lblean ground beef
  • 1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cupunseasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 pinchof pepper
  • 2eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1SAUCE
  • 1(12-oz) bottle of chili sauce
  • 1(8-oz) can jellied cranberry sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven 375°. In large bowl combine all meatball ingredients; mix well. Shape into 60 (1in) balls; place in ungreased baking pan.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in the middle.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile, in large saucepan, combine sauce ingredients; blend well. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Add meatballs to sauce; stir to coat. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
