1 tbspground cumin
1/2 tspground nutmeg
1/2 tspground cloves
1 1/2 tspblack pepper
1 1/2 tspground cardamon
1/2 tspground nutmeg

Mix all together and store in an air tight container. It makes about 1/4 cup of seasoning.
