  1. Mushroom Base
  2. 6 largePortobello Mushroom Caps
  3. 3 tbspolive oil
  4. Tomato Sauce
  5. 1 mediumonion
  6. 3 mediumtomatoes
  7. 1 smalldried red chili
  8. 3 clovegarlic
  9. Topping
  10. 50 gramsrocket salad
  11. 50 mlbalsamic vinegar
  12. 100 gramssundried tomatoes
  13. 300 gramsquark

  1. 1

    Place Mushroom Caps upside on oven tray and drizzle with olive oil.

  2. 2

    Place onion, tomatoes, garlic, and red chili into food processor and blend for 30 seconds.

  3. 3

    Soak rocket salad in balsamic vinegar and toss.

  4. 4

    Fill Mushroom Caps with tomato sauce and top with vinegar-soaked rocket salad.

  5. 5

    Chop sun dried tomatoes and scatter on top of rocket salad.

  6. 6

    Distribute the quark on top of the mushroom pizzas.

  7. 7

    Place in oven heated to 200C for 20 minutes.
