Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbGround Beef
  2. 4 eachBrioche Buns
  3. 1as needed Butter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Form ground beef into 4 small patties, about the size of your buns ;).

  2. 2

    Heat a cast iron skillet with oil until it just barely begins to smoke. Place your burger patties on the skillet. Press gently for a good sear.

    Slice and butter your brioche buns.

  4. 4

    When you've got a nice crust on your beef patties, like so...

  5. 5

    Flip them over and sear the opposite side.

  6. 6

    When both sides are nicely colored, the patties should be around medium rare if not medium. Remove to a plate to rest.

  7. 7

    Toast your buns in the pan.

  8. 8

    Build your sliders. Add whatever toppings you like.
