Cut chicken breast meat into cubes.

Seal chicken cubes in frying pan and add chicken broth.

Add coconut milk and herbs and spices.

Cook for 40 min on medium heat.

If the sauce is too runny you can add a tbsp of flour to thicken.

Hollow out your buns and scoop mixture into buns.

You can add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Enjoy!
