Ingredients

  • 3 tbspbacon grease
  • 1 smallonion
  • 1 tspSambal Oelek (chili paste)
  • 3 tbspflour
  • 1milk
  • 1/4 tsppoultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Add bacon grease and onions to your pot. Cook until onions are tender.

  2. 2

    Add Sambal Oelek. Heat thru

  3. 3

    Add flour, stir mixture continuously 2-3 minutes

  4. 4

    Add milk until desired thickness is reached. Still storing continuously.

  5. 5

    Add remaining ingredients and cook another 4-5 minutes.
