Ingredients

  1. 100 gMultigrain atta
  2. 100 gChana urad maiz ragi soya bean all mix atta
  3. half spoonSaunf powder
  4. half spoonCumin powder
  5. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  6. Salt and turmeric powder
  7. Hing and sesame seeds
  8. 2Chopped onion
  9. 1 cupchopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add all atta and other ingredients

  2. 2

    Make a dough of above with water. Make small balls of the dough

  3. 3

    Take plastic sheet apply oil over it and place a small ball of dough and spread with hand (apply oil to ball)

  4. 4

    Place nonstick pan on medium heat apply oil and then place the Thalipeeth on it. Press and cook from both sides

  5. 5

    Apply oil to both sides and cook

  6. 6

    Thalipeeth is ready to serve
