Ingredients

  1. 4Cheese slice
  2. 8Garlic . Cloves chopped
  3. 2 tspCorn
  4. 1 cupSpinach (blanched and chopped)
  5. 1/2 cupPaneer small diced
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tastePepper
  8. Oil for frying
  9. 4Papad

Cooking Instructions

    Sabse pehle spinach ko blanch karein aur chop kar le.

    Ab ek nonstick pan mein 2 tsp oil le aur garam hone per isme garlic add karein aur golden hone tak bhune. Ab isme spinach,corns aur paneer dale aur 1 min tak saute karein. Ab salt and pepper add karein.

    Mixture is ready. rest it for cool.

    Ab ek cheese slice le usme mixture dale aur balls bana le.

    Ab ek papad le use pani mein dip karein for 30 sec then cheese ki jo ball hai use papad ke beech mein rakhkar papad se cover kar le. Ready for fry.

    Ab ek kadhai mein high flame. Per oil tej garam karein aur papad wali balls dale aur 20 secs ke liye fry karein. cheesy balls is ready to eat.
