Crunchy onion pakoras
Perfect to make dull evening romantic
Steps

Add one cup gram flour, half cup rice flour in a bowl

Add salt, ginger, pepper powder, red chilli powder, turmeric
- 3
Add green chilli (cut into pieces), salt and onion
- 4
Add water and make a little thick paste
- 5
Heat oil in a Pan, mustard oil would be the most preferred oil

Heat on medium flame for 2 minute

Add 4-5 Pakoras in the pan on medium flame
- 8
When the Pakora turns little red brown. Take it out from the pan and place it in a bowl having tissue paper on it. Tissue paper will absorb all the additional oil from Pakora.

Serve with Hot and sour sauce or ketchup.
