Ingredients

  • 1 packageschicken thighs skin on
  • 1/2Red onion sliced
  • 2sliced roasted red pepper
  • 1 bunchchopped cilantro
  • 3gloves of chopped garlic
  • 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 2squeezes of lemon juice
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 1salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cupwater

    Add all ingredients except the spices to the crackpot and lay chicken on top. Sprinkle spices for amount desired on the chicken. Cook for 3 hours on high.

this was the best chicken recipe I have ever made the only problem I had was I didn't make enough of it!!
