1 pinchcoarse black peppercorn
1 dashlemon zest
1 dashsalt and pepper
1 tspolive oil
1sprits of lemmon juice. (1 lemon half)

Slice each breast in half. And lightly season each half breast

Coat pan with oil and let heat up slowly on med heat.

Drop in breast cooking fully and untill golden brownl

Let set for 5 mins and sprits with lemon juice and serve with your favorite side dish.
