Healthy Meatloaf Healthy Meatloaf
I often make this meatloaf when I’m pressed for time and I want to make something healthy and delicious for the week.Using 93% lean ground turkey has less saturated fat than other meat choices. But because it’s lean, adding moisture in the form of other ingredients is necessary to obtain a moist meatloaf. It’s a great opportunity to add vegetables (and even an apple!) to increase nutritional value.#Dinner #Healthy #ComfortFood Chris Gan -
