  1. 2 largezucchini; medium dice
  2. 2 tspsage; minced
  3. 1/3 cupparmesan cheese; shredded or grated
  4. 1 tsponion powder
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1salt and pepper

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a large saute pan. Add zucchini. Season.

  2. 2

    When zucchini is caramelized and tender, add cheese while tossing zucchini and serve.

  3. 3

    Alternatively, top zucchini with cheese and throw saute pan under the broiler very briefly until cheese melts.

    Variations; Bacon, parsley, mustard, gruyere, oregano, basil, thyme, veggie stock, squash, potatoes, celery root, butter, roasted bell pepper puree, onions, shallots
