Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuprice wine vinegar
  2. 1/4cucumber, de-seeded and finely cut.... i try to cut on the mandaline
  3. 1 mediumcarrot shredded... about 1/8 cup
  4. 2 tbspwhite sugar... can use powdered
  5. 1/4 cup+1 TBSP sweet chili sauce

  1. 1

    Mix vinegar and sugar in a sauce pan and cook until sugar is dissolved.

  2. 2

    vinegar/ sugar mixture should become kind od syrupy ... about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    put cucumbers and carrots in a mixing bowl.. pour vinegar/ sugar mix over fresh veggies....

  4. 4

    add sweet chili sauce and mix... can be stored in a airtight container or jar in the refrigerator or about 3 weeks... it probably won't last that long.

  5. 5

    This is very good with crab ragoons, egg rolls, spring rolls, etc
