  1. 4thick cut boneless pork chops
  2. 1/2 ozrosemary; minced
  3. 2 Tpeppercorn melange
  4. 2 Tlemon peel seasoning
  5. 1 Tgarlic powder
  6. 1 Tonion powder
  7. 2 tfresh thyme; minced
  8. 1lemon; zested
  9. as neededolive oil
  10. 1large pinch kosher salt

    Toss pork chops with enough olive oil to cover. Season. Bake at 400° for approximately 20-25°, depending on thickness, until thermometer reaches 145-155° or until desired doneness.

    Garnish with lemon zest.

    Variations; Parsley, basil, wine, shallots, mustard, breadcrumbs, cheese, butter, bacon
