Kacha Golla is a popular sweet originated from Bangladesh, this is a soft & moist sweet balls; easy to make and one can prep ahead for festive occasions or parties.
Steps

Add the Chhena and sugar in a food processor. Pulse 3-4 times. OR Place the Chhena and sugar in a wooden board. Coarsely mash them by hand and transfer into a bowl.

Add ghee in a preheated heavy-bottomed or non-stick pan, over medium heat. When the ghee melts, add mashed Chhena and cook for a few seconds or until the sugar releases water from the mixture.

Add condensed milk, cardamom powder and cook for 2 minutes, or until the mixture no longer sits at the bottom of the pan. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.

When the mixture is Luke-warm enough to touch, form little balls using your hand.

Sprinkle Cashew and Pistachio powder over the balls.Serve and Enjoy!!!
