Combine the semolina, flour, warm milk, melted clarified butter or ghee, sugar, and orange blossom water. Mix well until fully combined.

Knead until you have a cohesive dough.

Grease a baking pan with clarified butter or ghee and dust it with flour. Spread a thin layer of the dough evenly in the pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) until the dough is set but still soft. Let it cool completely.

Place the baked dough in a food processor and blend until you get a fine, smooth texture for the knafeh.
