Wash bean very well to remove the bean coat, soak for 10 mins to make it soft.Remove from water into a clean bowl,add your washed pepper,onion and grind together.

Pour grounded paste into a clean bowl,pour palm oil,maggi cube,crayfish, salt and stirr very well to mix evenly.Add little water and stirr properly,mixture should not be too watery

Wash banana leaf,one cup paste to one banana leaf measurement should be used.wrap to cover up the mixture.

Put washed gravel into a clean pot with little water,this prevents water from entering into the wrapped mixture.

Put the wrapped mixture into the pot and turn on heat, add water little by little enough to cook.

Moi moi is ready.can be eaten with soaked garri or pap
