Ingredients

  1. Pumpkin pie filling (sweetened)
  2. 2/3 cupsweetened condensed milk
  3. 2eggs beaten
  4. 9in raw pie shell
  5. 1-2 tspnutmeg
  6. 1-2 tspcinnamon
  7. 2 tspsugar
  8. Dashginger
  9. Whipped Cream (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat to 425°F

  2. 2

    Mix beaten eggs, easy pumpkin pie mix (i used libbys, the already mixed stuff), sweetened condensed milk, and seasonings

  3. 3

    Pour into raw pie shell

  4. 4

    Bake at 425°F for 15 mins

  5. 5

    Turn temperature down to 350°F

  6. 6

    Bake for 60 mins

  7. 7

    Cool for a bit

  8. 8

    Add whipped cream if desired

  9. 9

    Enjoy!
