METHOD FOR MAKING SPROUTS first clean moong beans(green lentils)and gram(chana) both and wash throughly in water and soak for 6 to 8 hours. after 6 to 8 hours,drain all water and again wash them properly now rub extra water with a clean kitchen towel.and then take two damp and clean cotton kitchen towel.now put all beans and grams in it and roll it tightly.

After 10 to 12 hours lettuce open and check. you can notice they two have got little sprouts. in cold places it can take even more than 24 hours to grow sprouts of this much size

Now again cover them and place in warm area for 10 to 12 hours. after 12 hours lettuce check them again. they are ready now. wash it properly and use it.

The most important thing to grow perfect sprouts is to place grains in a warm place.because sprouts grow in a humid environment. second thing is to keep sprinkling some water over the towel to keep them wet. in a damp towel you can keep sprouts in refrigerator and use it within 3-4 days

Method--- mix all above ingredients and serve immediately
