Bought a bottle of sauce because it sounded good but really didnt know what to do with it lmao so I came up with this. It was really good sweet and savory and the pork chops were nice and tender thanks to marinating them ! Tried this with chicken it was awesome I made a few changes but not drastic. I still marinated the chicken then I lightly sprinkled on salt pepper garlic and onion powder then coated them in brown sugar then wraped in bacon and sprinkled on more brown sugar and a sprinkle of chili powder then baked till crispy

In a gallon ziplock bag add pork chops and whole bottle of the sauce making sure it's all coated and let it sit for a few good hours or over night in the refrigerator. The longer the better. Make sure to Mix the bag up a few times. You can now mix up the brown sugar, garlic and onion powder and store it in a little Ziploc baggie or bowl if desired.

When you're ready to prepare the pork chops pre-heat your oven to 350 Remove the pork chops from the marinate and place them on a rimed baking pan that has a rack on top

  3. 3

Evenly coat each pork chop in the seasoning and then wrap a piece of bacon around each pork chop and then season the pork chops again with the rest of the seasoning

  4. 4

Bake till fully done It depends on the thickness of your pork chops and bacon you want nice and golden pork chops with crispy bacon !

  5. 5

I purchased this off Amazon and I can't find it in any store
